strong production capacity
The company structure is proportional to the production needs and characteristics. It has three plants for a total area of 10,500 m²: in the historic headquarter there are the offices, the main processing plants for the zamak, the galvanic finishing department as well as the mould design and manufacturing department. Nearby, in an independent building, a production facility for small parts in iron and brass as well as the varnishing department, together with the production facility of the whole range of items in composite material through the use of the latest technologies and new generation machinery. In the overseas plant some special production and most of the assembly work takes place. Ready to process and fulfil orders of any size and nature promptly, the production capacity described places Hawai Italia in a unique position within the sector.
